Fresh & Fancy Farms is a warm, welcoming and upscale barn with an open kitchen concept. Guests enjoy slow & seasonal farm made meals for a variety of private and public events. We are dedicate to creating a space for our guests to slow down and enjoy a little country feel in the heart of Bergen County, NJ.
Our farm culture is fun and fast paced with a variety of events weekly. From cooking classes, farm dinners to afternoon brunches. Both youth and adult cooking, gardening and creative classes are held in our space. SOUS CHEF

Run the kitchen for brunch and dinner service
Enjoy interacting with guests and staff during events and classes
Collaborate with team members for new menu items and special event ideas
Stay creative with food presentation and recipe development that stays in line with the farm vision
Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety measures
Setting and monitoring staff performance
Train kitchen staff in food preparation kitchen protocol, dishwashing and maintaining a orderly kitchen space
Make food order lists and oversee delivery of food supplies
Manage your schedule for the week to prepare for all events
Strong leader willing to direct staff and maintain a fun work culture
Two to Five years kitchen experience
PIZZA CHEF
Come join us on the farm and be our lead pizza maker! Must have experience making dough and working with a wood burning pizza oven. Lots of room to learn and grow in this position. Looking for a candidate with at least 2 yearS experience pizza making. Seasonal and weekly events on the farm.
